    Turn Off your Samsung mobile.
    Hold down the
Power Button + Volume Up Button or
Power Button + Volume Down Button
I never see the ‘Recovery’ mode, release all the Buttons.

  3. This #1 worded for me as I couldn’t remember the PIN I used to setup the fingerprint reader.
Having no Samy or Goofal accounts ! either.
Bad thinking that my fingerprint would ease remembering any more pins and pws as still they are being required…without those power accounts.

These pin-pw is always needed to shut the S20U phone off as well restart it I find so on this phone I have and it may be the rule. (Mileage may vary)
So what I did was working with option #1 – I Long pressed the power key and volume down key at the same time until the phone screen went BLACK.

Then WHILE the black screen shows on phone I moved to Long pressing the power key and volume UP key at the same time until the recovery screen appear and flew by the logo/android exclamation mark into the RECOVERY menu.
That just happens as it takes awhile for the phone to react in the black screen view and once it does as when you/I realize to let go of buttons – – that’s were you/I land at.

Now I used the Vol Down key of the menu locating the Wipe Data / Factory Reset…option and the Power Button to choose it. You get a (warring) so you Vol Down to Factory Data Reset once more and use power button and this sets the recovery to a working status (see screen readouts). All that’s left is ‘Reboot System Now’ into the OS/system on the recovery menu. This takes maybe all of 5-7 minutes in total from being locked in on a running S20 Ultra but not getting passed the require pin or password must to do a da_m thing.

  4. I have note 10 and I forgot the password to unlock my device. Please I need someone to support me to unlock it without losing my data. Is there any one can help me with this and How much it cost me to rest the password without losing any data…
